STANLEY MAIN BEACH
One of the cleanest and clearer water in Hong-kong
Occasionaly choppy when the wind picks up. A great venue for open water training with one benefit in winter : HOT SHOWERS....

A TEAM : 3km to Turtle cove and back
B TEAM : 2km to the first beach after the American club and back
4KM beach to beach swim:
From Stanley main beach swim straight towards Turtle Cove.
Turn around the yellow canister (1.5km) and 90 degres turn towards the large red platform (700m) then swim towards the American Club building and swim back to the main beach. A nice 4km swim, sometimes a little bit choppy when approaching Turtle Cove.
The Super 6 : 6KM swim
From Stanley main beach swim along the shore to Turtle Cove.
Reach the yellow buoy at Turle Cove and turn right towards the Red platform
Reach the Red platform and swim clockwise around the 3 other red platform
Come back by exactly the same route. .
Avoid cutting short on the way back as Dragon boats and Windsurfers sometimes train there and might not see you.
